How to reply to a supporter

Each approved support can carry a reply from you. It appears under their message on your wall, marked as yours.

Writing one

Open the row on the Supporters screen and type. Up to 280 characters.

It is the one place on your page you get to speak to a specific person in front of everybody else, so use their name and mention the thing they said. "Thank you" under forty messages reads as an autoreply, because it is one.

Saved replies

Settings holds a set of replies you can insert with one tap. Three come ready made and you can write more on Premium.

They are a starting line rather than the whole reply. Insert one and change the middle of it.

Editing or removing

Reopen the row and edit. Clearing the box removes the reply from your page.

What a reply does not do

It does not send anything to your supporter. Kulhad has no address for most of them and does not email supporters. Your reply is on your page for them to find when they come back, which their receipt link makes easy.
