How to cancel Premium

The Premium screen has a Cancel button. One press.

When it takes effect

At the end of the period you have already paid for. You keep everything until then, and there is no refund because there is nothing unused to refund.

What switches off after that

• Your custom domain goes inactive. Your page is back at kulhad.co with your name after it, and the certificate for your own domain lapses at its next renewal.
• Extra UPI IDs are switched off. Your default keeps working.
• Extra goals are switched off. Your page shows one.
• The theme resets to the standard one and the Kulhad mark comes back.
• Stats stop being shown and your own analytics tag stops rendering.
• Bulk approve and the extra saved replies go.

What is not deleted

None of it. Your domain is still stored, your extra IDs are still there, your goals are still there. Subscribe again and they come back on exactly as they were.

Your supports, your wall and your spreadsheet are untouched. They were never part of Premium.

Before you cancel

If you have printed anything carrying your own domain, remember it will stop resolving. Anything printed with your kulhad.co address keeps working.

Deleting the account instead
