Your custom domain is not working
Work through these in order.
1. Is the DNS record actually there
The record has to be a CNAME from your subdomain to domains.kulhad.co, or an A record to the same address if you are using the bare domain.
Common mistakes: pointing at kulhad.co instead of domains.kulhad.co, adding the record on the wrong domain, and typing the subdomain twice so it becomes support.support.yoursite.in.
2. Has DNS spread yet
A few minutes is normal, an hour is not unusual, and some registrars take longer. Press Check again rather than deleting and re adding the record, which starts the clock over.
3. Is it proxied
If your domain is on Cloudflare, the record must be DNS only, which is the grey cloud rather than the orange one. A proxied record hides the real address and the certificate cannot be issued.
4. Is your plan still Premium
A custom domain is a Premium feature and is checked against your live plan on every request. If the subscription lapsed, the domain goes inactive and stops serving. Your page is at kulhad.co with your name after it in the meantime.
The certificate
It is issued on the first request after the domain goes active, automatically. If the browser warns about the certificate, wait a minute and reload; you are usually looking at the gap before the first one is issued.
While you sort it out
Your kulhad.co address never stopped working. Use it.
