How to download your supporters as a spreadsheet

The Supporters screen has a Download button. It gives you a CSV of every approved support, which opens in Excel, Numbers, Google Sheets or anything else.

The columns

• The date and time.
• The amount.
• The name, if they left one.
• The message.
• The four character code.
• Where the support came from: your page, an embed, a QR or a counter code.
• The goal it counted towards, if any.

What is in it

Everything. Nothing is sampled, nothing is capped, and there is no paid tier that gives you more of your own list.

What it is for

The obvious one is tax. Money people send you is income and there is no tax free UPI allowance, whatever you may have read. What you want in January is a record of who sent what and when, and this is it.

The other one is knowing your own audience. Sorting by date tells you which post actually worked.

Rows with no code

Counter supports have no code and no message, so those cells are empty. That is normal rather than a fault in the export.

Frequency

Download it whenever. There is no limit and it is generated fresh each time.
