What happens to a support you never approve

Nothing waits forever.

• A support that was started and never claimed is deleted after 24 hours. Somebody opened your pay card and did not finish.
• A support that was claimed and never acted on is deleted after 7 days.
• A rejected one is deleted 7 days after you reject it.

What deleted means

The row goes. It was never on your page, it never counted towards a goal, and it is not in your spreadsheet.

It has nothing to do with the money. If somebody genuinely paid you and you let the claim lapse, the money is in your bank exactly as it was. What you have lost is the message they wrote and the record on your page, not the rupees.

Why the clocks are there

Codes are reserved while a support is open, and a pending list nobody clears becomes a list nobody reads. A week is long enough for a holiday and short enough that the list still means something.

Getting one back

There is nothing to restore. If somebody's message was lost this way and you want it on your page, ask them to send a message again, or write to them yourself. Their money already arrived.

Keeping the list short

Check Pending once a day if support is steady and once a week if it is not. The dashboard shows a count on the sidebar so you can tell without opening it.
